• The renter required to provide full details of driver and present valid copies of the driver’s license and IC or passport upon collection of vehicle.
• Drivers must be between 21-65 years old and possession of a valid local or international driving license with qualified driving experience of at least one year. Probation license (P) holders will not be accepted.
• For additional driver, details must be provided in order for the insurance to take effect.
• Rental charges are calculated on the basis of 24 hours from commencement of the rental. Additional hour will be imposed accordingly should renter fail to return on agreed time. Usage exceeded 5 hours is calculated per day.
• A midnight surcharge of RM 50 will be apply for pick-ups and drop-offs between 10pm and 7am.
• We accepts all major credit / debit card i.e. Master Card and Visa.
• The renter compulsory to purchase insurance coverage which includes liability protection for an amount of RM 10.00 – RM 25.00 per day. In order for the insurance to take effect, a police report must be made by the renter. The renter is responsible for any damage unless the renter purchase the insurance coverage. The renter’s liability for the loss or damage shall be limited to RM 2,000 (national car) / RM 2,500 (import sedan 1.5) /’ RM 3,000 ((MPV) / RM 3,500 (4x4 & van).
